How to Get Started - Evaluations and Treatment:
The Autism and Developmental Disabilities Clinic's Intake Coordinator can assist you in scheduling an appointment for an evaluation or treatment and answering your questions about insurance coverage. You will receive a packet of information about our services and a Medical, Social, and Behavioral Questionnaire that will assist our team in providing a more comprehensive evaluation. Additionally, we may ask for copies of medical records or education reports. Please note that due to high volumes of calls, it may take time to hear back from us. Additionally, we have a wait list that varies in size for appointments.
