About JFK Partners

Our Funding Sources

Federal Agencies

JFK Partners benefits from approximately 3.5 million dollars in combined funding annually. Current federal funding (FY 1999-2000) comes from the following federal agencies:

U.S. Department of Education:

  • National Institute on Disability Research and Rehabilitation (NIDRR)
  • Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI)
  • Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP)
  • Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA)

U.S. Department of Health and Human Services:

  • Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD)
  • Maternal & Child Health Bureau (MCHB)
  • National Institute for Child Health & Human Development (NICHD)

Colorado Agencies

Many of JFK Partners’ activities are enriched through partnerships with Colorado public and private state level agencies and organizations. These linkages include partnerships in consortiums and coalitions, joint programs, and contractual agreements. These partners include:
