The NICU Leadership GroupThis program is designed to provide consultation and direction to The Center for Family and Infant Interaction on issues regarding leadership, change, and teaming within Neonatal Intensive Care Units and related community transitional services. Primary areas of consultation revolve around the implementation of developmentally supportive and family-centered care. This program also provides support to its members who must address challenges within their own settings; provides a forum for networking with professionals who work with infants and families in an intensive care nursery setting, or upon transitioning to the community; and conducts research to investigate successful leadership, change, and team dynamics.
